You get paid…

There is a misconception that you get paid for what you know. You DO NOT get paid for what you know, you get paid for what you DO with what you KNOW.
There are so many people that KNOW what to do, they know how to get a listing, they know how to make phone calls, they know how to talk to people, they know how to recruit and yet, they don’t DO the things that will result in them getting paid.
The reality is you do not get paid for what you know, you get paid for what you DO with what you KNOW.
Having the mindset of “I know how to do it, now pay me”, is like asking the fire, “Give me heat and I will give you wood.” We know instinctively that the fire will simply reply, “Give me wood and I will give you heat.”
Another well stated mindset is “Pay me more and I will do more.” NO! You will never get paid more, if you don’t DO more first.
We all know the hundred-year-old formula for achieving success is “BE-DO-HAVE”. We can see in every instance the “DO” comes before the “HAVE”. This is echoed in every essence of life, sow and you shall reap, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened.
Take a moment and think about what the things are you need to DO with what you KNOW to get paid.
